The GYAF1 probe is an all-in-one type sensor with integrated controller. After supplying DC24V to the probe,an analogue voltage and/or current, which are proportional to the position of the magnet, can be obtained.
Reversed output or bipolar output can be supported as well. The flat head permits a miniaturized application, and the flange makes the installation easier, compared with the conventional screw type probes.

GYSE-A Probe

Additionally, use of flexible element as an option (page 73) makes the exchange process extremely easy even under small work space. Using two pcs of magnet on the probe as another option, detecting each magnet position or relative distance between the two is possible. Thanks to the Surface Mount Technology, the entire signal processing electronics of GYcAT series is integrated into a transducer head.
You can get a voltage or current analog signal proportional to a magnet position only by applying a 24V DC power supply directly to the transducer.
GYcAT series have alarm output and is equipped with noise cancellation functions.

GYPE2K Probe / GYMSC Controller

The GYPE2K probe is a sensor characterized in a fine rod and a small head. A fine rod (outside diameter Φ4) and a small head expand the design flexibility of the equipment.
Standard magnet and float can be used.
With the GYMSC controller, it outputs analogue signal of 0-10V or 4-20mA.

The GYGS probe is a series of which sensor head is extremely thin (20mm thick) adopting new method of detecting magnetostrictive phenomena. Applying to hydraulic cylinder, its total length becomes space saving.

CS Series CS series is a switching sensor adopting magneto-inductive principle without mechanical contact. Combined with CSC controller, forward/backward limit points are output; furthermore the both points can be individually adjusted by trimmer integrated in the controller. As a sensor rod is completely sealed, the sensor can be installed inside hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders. Integrated coils inside sensor rod detect locations of movable magnet utilizing a change of inductance according to magneto-inductive principle. Since CS series has no mechanical contact as seen in coventional lead switches and also has no mechanical wear-out, a long life and reliability can be expected. IMPAK-02 Using acceleration sensor (electrostatic capacitive type), IMPAK-02 observes shocks given during transportation. Setting a threashold for shock value (G) and selecting a recording interval (Seven sampling periods are available, from 1 second to 60 minutes) beforehand, IMPAK-02 observes the given shock continuously and records the maximum shock, which exceeds the threashold with the date and time by a built-in nonvolatile memory. The recorded data for shock is the maximum G value for each axis (X, Y, Z) in the selected recording interval. IMPAK-02 has a rechargeable battery built-in and works for 30 days continuously with full charge. After transportation, connecting to PC through USB cable, the recorded data is listed up and graphed instantly. It is also possible to output to the CSV or Excel file, and to analyze data freely.

In case that a large shock, which can damage the machine, is given, you can use alarm output from IMPAK-02 for automatically stop and protect the machine.
