1. Mô tả sản phẩm

Nhiệt kế điểm Raytek từ Fluke Process Instruments nổi bật với tính linh hoạt và dễ dàng lắp đặt, đồng thời được thiết kế để chịu đựng những điều kiện công nghiệp khắc nghiệt nhất.

Với tính năng trực quan, thiết bị cho phép người dùng dễ dàng theo dõi và phân tích dữ liệu nhiệt độ của quy trình.

Là cảm biến nhiệt cố định, nhiệt kế Raytek chủ yếu được sử dụng để đo nhiệt độ tại một điểm cụ thể trên các bề mặt nóng, như trong lò nung hoặc lò đốt lớn.

Thiết bị này hoạt động dựa trên việc đo bức xạ nhiệt phát ra, còn gọi là phép đo phóng xạ.

Raytek tích hợp công nghệ kỹ thuật số tiên tiến với hệ thống cài đặt hai dây tiêu chuẩn, cùng với nhiều tùy chọn giao tiếp.

Các cảm biến đo hồng ngoại thông minh của Raytek cung cấp các tính năng cần thiết để phân tích và kiểm soát nhiệt độ quy trình trong một thiết bị nhỏ gọn, dễ lắp đặt và vận hành.

Nhiệt kế Raytek cung cấp một loạt các giải pháp đo nhiệt độ cố định với nhiều mẫu mã và kiểu dáng để đáp ứng các nhu cầu công nghiệp đa dạng. Dưới đây là cái nhìn tổng quan về các sản phẩm nổi bật:

Nhiệt kế hồng ngoại Endurance®: Được thiết kế để hoạt động ổn định trong các môi trường công nghiệp khắc nghiệt, nhiệt kế này cung cấp khả năng giám sát quy trình liên tục với dải nhiệt độ từ 50 đến 3200°C (122 đến 5692°F).

Nhiệt kế hồng ngoại Thermalert 4.0: Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn Công nghiệp 4.0, thiết bị này tích hợp công nghệ kỹ thuật số tiên tiến và cài đặt hai dây tiêu chuẩn. Nó cũng đạt chứng nhận ATEX và IECEx, mang lại các tính năng cần thiết cho việc phân tích và kiểm soát nhiệt độ quy trình trong một thiết kế nhỏ gọn và dễ sử dụng.

Nhiệt kế hồng ngoại Compact CI và CM: Với thiết kế nhỏ gọn và chắc chắn, các nhiệt kế này cung cấp sự linh hoạt trong việc xử lý nhiều ứng dụng sản xuất, phục vụ cho cả OEM và người dùng cuối.

Nhiệt kế hồng ngoại Compact MI3: Được trang bị thiết kế đa cảm biến, MI3 lý tưởng cho các ứng dụng OEM, cho phép theo dõi nhiệt độ không tiếp xúc liên tục trong dải từ -40 đến 1800°C (-40 đến 3272°F). Thiết kế hệ thống nhiều đầu cảm biến giúp giảm chi phí lắp đặt trên mỗi điểm đo.

Nhiệt kế hồng ngoại Marathon MM: Cung cấp quang học độ phân giải cao và khả năng giám sát, ghi video thời gian thực cho nhiều ứng dụng quy trình, với dải nhiệt độ từ -40 đến 3000°C (-40 đến 5432°F).

Nhiệt kế hồng ngoại Compact GP: Được thiết kế để kiểm soát nhiệt độ ở những vị trí khó tiếp cận, nhỏ hoặc xa, thiết bị này hoạt động hiệu quả trong dải nhiệt độ từ -18 đến 538°C (0 đến 1000°F).

Nhiệt kế hồng ngoại Ircon-Pyrometer Modline 7: Kết hợp với phần mềm Ircon® ModView™ Pro và các phụ kiện khác, Modline 7 cung cấp tính linh hoạt cao với dải nhiệt độ từ -40º đến 2250ºC (-40 đến 4082ºF), quang học độ phân giải cao và thời gian phản hồi nhanh.
